We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Elite Offsets.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective product.
• Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
• Custom-built items (such as mounted wheel & tire packages) are considered non-returnable.
• Special orders may be subject to restocking fees.
